"Hotel property is beautiful, and staff is very friendly and willing to assist at any moment. But, a few things were off in room. Air conditioning eas not working right often two hot or two cold. Internet signal would often drop causing tv programs to not be watchable and causing us to do my business work at other locations with better internet service. "

"Nice hotel overlooking the Zocalo, so u will get the noise from the area. Prices tend to be too high but it's clean & comfortable. We only had a small issue with the water leaking out through a hole onto the bathroom floor. I was given the wrong room in the back of the hotel when I had booked a park/square view & when I asked to change rooms the receptionist was hesitant which made no sense as the hotel was half empty. "

"I was especially pleased with the incredibly lovely and helpfull lady who is at the property cleaning and letting the guests in. She is great!!! The access to get in after 3:00 pm might be a bit complicated, as there is no one here after this time. You get instructions on how to get in on your phone. I am a bit more traditional and prefer to be let in by a person, but that is just me. I do recommend the place. "

"The location is amazing. It’s right in the center and it’s walkable everywhere. The room I got was big, we got the two bedrooms and it’s a big suite with 2 queen beds and a king bed in another room. The only complain I have is the water pressure in the bathroom. It makes it very hard to shower because not a lot of water coming out. "
