"Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."

"We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend. "

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."

"We loved the location of the apartment situated in the middle of a lovey neighborhood and close to the cathedral and many more places in the historical center. The building is beautiful and the view from the terrace, unique. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It has a lot of character with beautiful windows and balcony. "The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! Maybe you need to ask them for this but I would assume hotels in other parts of the world are the same where they come daily to maintain. I’m from the USA and a maid comes in everyday normally.
