"This resort hotel room was in excellent condition—clean and pristine. I had no issues with either the room or the bathroom. I gave it a perfect 5-star rating not only because of the accommodations but also thanks to the caretakers. Toto, who assisted us during check-in, was incredibly helpful and courteous.
