"I thought chain hotels like APA would be very mid. But my experience was amazing! Check in was smooth, the staff are so professional. Very good first impression of Japan due to this hotel. The room is small, but I expected it. The spa was amazing. And there was convenience store on the second floor. I didn’t know until the last day. I wish I could stay a few more days here. "It’s in Ginza, so you can expect any rooms to be very very small - the room was indeed tiny, with barely enough room to open my suitcase. Saying that however, it is Japan, so there’s a good chance it’ll be clean and safe - which it was. The toiletries are in the lobby, you choose the ones you want before you get in the elevator. They give you laminated a4 instructions for help when you checkin, and in your room. The shower/bath-tub is half size, with a curtain and just about fits a toilet in...
