"This is a property I have recurrently stayed at over the years when visiting Cheltenham. The staff are friendly and accommodating; the rooms are remarkably spacious (even if not impeccably clean due to lack of daily housekeeping since Covid); and the hotel location is excellent -- walking distance from the town center, the town hall, the Everyman's theatre, and the pubs/restaurants.
