"Great friendly staff and very clean room, close to China Town and Darling Harbour."

"The only issue we had is that we requested at check in a wake up call for 3:30am for an international flight. Good thing we set phone alarms because the call never came. The shuttle bus also doesn’t come by until almost 5am when we started boarding at 5:20. We had to use another option"

"Spacious room and spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Cheerful and helpful reception people. Really nice to have affordable breakfast options. Great location near Central Station and plenty of restaurant options nearby. "

"Very good “no frills” Hotel. Excellent position on York Street. Right opposite the QVB building for shopping, easy access to Town Hall Train Station and the Light Rail on George Street. Good Shower and comfortable bed. Very quiet overnight. Good Breakfast options opposite the Hotel in the QVB building. Friendly, helpful staff on Reception. Early check in was available. Luggage storage available. Will definitely stay here again 😃"

"We were on the top floor and the roof leaked into the bathroom. Renovations were being done in the foyer. Staff helpful. Second time we have stayed last time had to leave room due to fire alarm activation and has to make own way out as no staff to assist or advise. Convenient location but needs to be managed and maintained better. Daily room service could be better. "
