"We had a very nice experience at Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo. First of all, customer service is really amazing. The staff is available all the time and allways willing to help. The only minus is that in the room the air was a bit humid ( I think due to the fact that the room was not oriented on the sunny side). But also in the room there was an air purifier. Breakfast was good, with a big variety. If we ever come back to Venice, we will stay there again."

"The hotel entrance is hard to find as it's tucked in around a corner in an alley. But the people are all friendly and the room is clean but a little smaller than I thought. The location once you find it is excellent. Lots of shops and not too far from water bus or St. Marks Square. Breakfast is good but small; no fruit. I enjoyed my stay."
