"This was the best old world hotel I have stayed at! Just enough modern conveniences to make our stay utterly comfortable. The staff was friendly and always helpful, any time (day or night). Location was fantastic. Enough distance to be restful and close enough to everything to be very walkable. They even provided breakfast snacks to go for our early morning flight!"

"In a quieter, less touristy area of Cannaregio. Hotel is really nice with a middle-eastern theme. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast is superb. Staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"I don’t usually share reviews, but this hotel was extremely nice.receptionist service was phenomenal the way they took care of the rooms when we were gone was spotless. The hotel stay was beautiful. We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. Overall I couldn’t have a more better experience and I am looking forward to come back! "

"Nice hotel, newly renovated and clean. There is no reception but staff are on hand via Whatsapp. Cleaner lady was very nice and helpful. Good room although air con didn't work. That was OK for our trip March/April time but in summer would be tough without it. Area around hotel is very good and quieter than other parts of Venice."
