"Arrived told no booking thought we had paid on checking we hadn't paid hotel was full they had to find room in another hotel tried to contact Expedia but couldn't. We're treated all the time that it was our fault. Had breakfast included in this hotel but wasn't at the other. Overall very poor even contacted by Expedia in the morning about check in time. At first were told that the booking had been cancelled then told that Expedia had mucked it up then was told if we didn't pay the money that she...

"Beautiful, quaint hotel with a beautiful garden area and lovely villa right on the back bay. Doorman (wish I had his name) is phenomenal! Room “upgrade” was interesting as we had small ship pieces of the old ceiling fall on us multiple times while sleeping and we terminated 5-6 mosquitoes over the 2 nights. Coffee and tea replenishment needs to be more consistent, we got decaf coffee only and no replacement of herbal tea or water."

"All in all it was fine. I did have to self check in and out, and carry my bags up and down stairs but after traveling through Italy for two months, I’ve had to do that a few times. The room was very warm. They were kind to give me a fan but it would be great if hotels left the air conditioning on until November. It’s Italy, not Greenland, and October is still hot. The room was cleaned daily which was great. Sheets were not the softest and not the best mattress I ever slept on but ok considering...
