"We booked online and were hopeful. This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot! Everything was top-shelf...the service, the sumptious room, the cappucino machine. The outsode spaces are as lovely as those inside. We will most definitely return."

"Staff very helpful & friendly room upgrade on arrival great location easy walking distance from taxi rank once over one bridge with cases , a little noisy but went quiet after 11pm & as dawn came Venice came alive with the bustle expected ..welcomed noise! Great stay the Murano Chandeliers were beautiful & over 120yrs old & obviously expensive highly recommend & we will return "
