"The evening meal,not impressed, not a lot of choice unless you prefer meat,quality not so good; next visit i would give the other restaurant a try it's a pity, other than that the Hotel was excellent.Clean comfortable and good service."

"Nice reception area but a bit lifeless. Good size rooms. Did ask for extra pillows but the didn't arrive! Easy free parking. "

"The room was basic, but it was spacious and clean and the price was fair. We appreciated the ample free parking after several nights fighting for (and paying a small fortune for) a parking spot for our rental car. We walked into the cute village of Retford (maybe a mile away) and had a drink and snack at Rondo Lounge which was a neat place. The breakfast at the Best Western was fine for the price and the staff was friendly. I recommend it if you are looking for a safe, clean place to sleep."

"staff very welcoming and polite. Food very well presented. Room had ordinary double bed, but that was my own fault for not ordering room with king size. Nice spa, pool facilities."
