"The staff were very kind and helpful for the most part except that about a week before I arrived, I asked if they could help me book a massage treatment and they said to do that when I arrive. Of course I asked again on arrival and they said they would call me to confirm a booking. I never heard from them. I also asked about seeing some live music and again never heard back about that. "This property is in an amazing location, but don’t expect to find parking. We were very happy to return the car so we didn’t need to deal with that anymore. The staff was helpful. They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that. They were always available by phone. the room is a bit outdated, but that was expected for this location. You do have to take quite a few...

"The resort has a great beach and is smack in the heart if Agia Marina. It is about 35 mins to downtown Chania and close to many villages for excursions and dining. It has a big parking area, an on site restaurant that serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are rather small and best for couples only (at least the one we had). There are no drawers so we spent 10 days digging out of our suitcases which was not fun. The bathroom is also small but functional. AC has an annoying light...

"Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "
