"This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. The hotel is in a great location and easily reached. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is very good and the dining area looks out over the river so providing nice views. We would always recommend this hotel and it provides all your needs. Dave and Pauline "

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The lady at the reception - Qudsiya - was very polite and courteous. I requested a room with a bath tub and she kindly provided me that. Highly recommended."

"Charming hotel right across from Windsor Castle. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a section that only had stairs to get to the rooms across a beautiful walkway but there wasn’t too many as there was only a couple of floors. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. We were there for New Years and had the dinner and dance in the ballroom. The food was fabulous. Windsor is a charming place with lots of shops and restaurants right by the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
