"Our 2 night stay in William was just what we needed...an extremely comfy bed, constant hot water and a great location. ..river, castle and shops all within easy walking distance. The door code check-in was very convenient and gave flexibility and accessibility at all times. "

"The location is beautiful, the house is not too far away from the town's centre and within walking distance from the railway station. Check- in was easily done. The accommodation was clean and the room is equipped with everything you need. There is a kitchen in which the guests can prepare their own food. "

"Well heating in my room did not work. The room was a bit chilly late at night. And the water was not hot enough. It would be nice to have a few more plugs in the room for charger and laptop. I only saw 2 one for the light and 1 for the kettle"

"This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "
