"Great property. Don’t be fooled by the outside (needs an update) the inside is very nice, classy and professional. We got a room with view of the runways to watch planes coming & going. Fantastic! Windows are doubled up for soundproofing but some noise does come through. Didn’t bother us at all. The windows could use a cleaning between the glass of the inside & outside panes to improve the view. I would stay here again. "

"We loved it here! So close to everything. Only neg was food service after 9 pm and elevators were limited and broke at times. I got stuck in the the smaller elevator off of the main elevator. That was scary. "

"Good sized family room. Clean apart from some black mold on bathroom ceiling. Disappointed that the sofa bed was not made up for my son. Comfy double bed. Only 2 mugs despite 3 of us in the room. Great location and view of Tower Bridge. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Overall a good stay"

"Ethan gave us such a warm welcome at the reception. He set the tone for a memorable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi worked. In the evening, the receptionist got me proper milk instead of those tiny UHT things that I hate! The only frustrating thing was trying to get the waterfall shower to work. Great service!"
