"I understand it is not a new building but everything else is in tip top shape, for example breakfast has a wide variety of foods, even the pastries are excellent, the gym equipment is the top end quality, staff are kind and helpful, there is a lift to help us get around up and down"

"We’re picky, but we’re impressed by this place. It’s bustling and efficient and well-situated; rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. The location is fantastic. There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. But I’d still stay here again anytime. "

As the other reviews note, the property is in a lovely upscale area of London, walkable to shops and restaurants and attractions, including Harrod's and the Museum of Natural History. The staff were lovely and so helpful, and the free breakfast was an added bonus. I would certainly stay here again. "
