"This is the third Christmas my brother and I have stayed at the Leonardo and it just gets better and better. The staff are all outstanding, nothing it too much trouble and they are all cheerful and helpful. My brother loves to swim and I love all the places I can hide away to read. We also visit at other times but Christmas is the best"

"This hotel was very good, staff were excellent and the food was lovely. The place was very clean but it was really isolated and in the middle of a housing estate which meant that the pool was always full. One other thing to know the beds are incredibly hard, great if you like that but very uncomfortable if you don’t."

"We booked 2 rooms for one night as it was a great location for visiting Gloucester and Cheltenham. The rooms were comfortable but looking a little run down. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and quiet location. "
