"This is a beautiful boutique hotel set in an excellent location in Cheltenham with a lovely restaurant and gin bar on site ! One of our favourite places in Cheltenham. Just disappointed that we were put in an attic eaves room which was quite small and difficult to get to with all our luggage . Given we’d booked a Deluxe room for 4 nights we had expected to be given over of the many charming rooms on the first floor overlooking the Promenade . "
