"This was our second stay but we didn’t book breakfast as the cost of the room was already higher than the bed and breakfast we booked last time. One thing I was disappointed about in the room was the lack of biscuits! We were given some last time with the tea and coffee which was a nice treat"

The facilities were absolutely amazing, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "The hotel is on a side street off a large shopping street, but toward the end of that strip of stores. A couple blocks away things become more lively. We were glad for the quiet. The room was absolutely lovely with a spa-like bathroom, comfortable furniture, plentiful linens, tea and coffee makers. "It is a lovely hotel. A couple of gripes though. No-one on reception for check in or out. Very expensive drinks (£70 for 3 glasses of wine and a pint of beer!). Very lumpy pillows. And the worst - no milk only revolting vegan oat milk - why are they catering for the minority not the majority? Made the nice coffee from the coffee machine undrinkable and I really need my morning coffee."
