"Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "Premier séjour dans l'hôtel et l'expérience est globalement satisfaisante. L'accueil est professionnel, le personnel est dans l'ensemble très accueillant et très investi, mention spéciale pour la personne qui fait les chambres. Le seul bémol est le restaurant.
