"Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "L hotel est plaisant et agreable. Un gros bemol pour la nourriture la qualite n est pas au rdv et tres peu varié. L espace jeu et plage pourrait etre mieux entretenu. Voir nettoyé. C est dommage . 2 jours de pluie et l equipe d animation totalement absente. C est pourrant dans ces moments la qu ils sont utilent. "

"Calm oasis with fabulous hosts. The property is off the tourist circuit, but within easy reach via hire car or local taxi to all the island's attractions or other southern Tunisian adventures. Greg and Nat are amazing hosts, they make you feel at home immediately and are able to help you with any questions or organise tours or even massages in your room (highly recommended). Greg cooks an amazing dinner, which you should most definitely try too. The rooms are a great size with fabulous views...

"Hotel breakfast was really basic. One pic of dry cake, pice of bread and coffee. Most of front desk persons do not speak English. Hotel location is close to beach, without access to ithe. Everything is far away and it is not easy to get taxi."
