"We love this hotel, have stayed here x4. We had a ground floor room which was spacious & clean, very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. The bathroom and shower had all you needed and the apartment was well equipped. Fantastic breakfast and fantastic food with happy friendly staff. We visit family in the area and will choose this hotel each time we come. Super location! Super vacation! Super happy! Highly recommend. Thankyou!"

"Nice room, friendly staff, very good food morning and evening, ample car parking (which really matters in Oxford, where street parking in the centre is outrageously expensive). Only problem was that I couldn't get the radiator in my room to work. Acceptable now (the heated towel rail did work), but will be a problem in winter. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, from receptionists to cleaners. We use this hotel as a base for visiting granddaughter at the University, it is convenient for that, for shopping in the Westgate Centre and for some beautiful walks along the river."

"The Hotel was fantastic and the gym was great, nice and clean, the staff were friendly, there was construction work being carried out on the side of the hotel, but know noise when I stay, I would definitely stay again."

"Lovely 2 night stay here. Room was spacious, tea and coffee facilities. Room was over all clean, a couple of areas needed more tlc. Breakfast was buffet style and it was very nice, plenty of choice, from fresh fruit to a full cooked breakfast. Bus stop handy to get in and out of town. Would recommend and would stay again! Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The facilities wasn't bad, the interior lounge/entrance was nice and quite appealing in terms of scenery. But, the room wasn't that great, I do feel as though, it's in need of an upgrade as I purchased the upgraded suite with the balcony and still wasn't pleased. The wallpaper was peeling off and folding in on itself. Also the TV refuses to stream and mirror devices even though it offers the option. Overall the experience was ok, but that's because I'm nice but I do feel that it needs an...
