"Spacious rooms, lovely grounds, polite staff "

"I had a really bad experience with another hotel so booked into here instead. The ladies on check in were amazing and so kind. When I told them what had happened to me they upgraded my room to a suite, I cant thank them enough. The room was amazing and so comfortable, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were great as was the food they served. I have a lot of work around Durham area and will be using this hotel from now one."

"The pool was lovely and warm, it was a treat not too flinch as you get in, it was like getting a warm hug 😀 The breakfast is great and I love the gluten free options on offer. "

"Great location, polite and friendly staff, clean room, easy parking. In terms of facilities it could have been better, the shower was temperamental and when asking fpr directions to the hotel room and to the restaurant for breakfast the member if staff while polite wasnt very clear and it is a decent sized hotel so we got lost our bearings a couple times."
