"Royal Park Hotel Kyoto Sanjo is a gem in it's area. It feels like it was out of place, but in a good way. The hotel feels like a 4- or 5-star hotel. The room is spacious and comes with a lot of amenities in case you forgot something. Hotel is quiet. You can barely hear anyone else. Area is superb. Close to the night market, to a train station, and close to a lot of dining options. Location is walkable. I would choose this hotel again and recommend it to everyone. "

"This hotel is perfect. While it was small, it was still big enough for a family of four. We loved that it was literally right across the street from Koto station which itself is a sight to see with the awesome bridge and all of the architecture in the station itself. It was super easy to get anywhere in town. Also we Uber eats from a Thai restaurant to the room and it was amazing. It’s a really great upscale hotel with a lounge open to all guest with books and tea coffee and matcha!"

"Loved the comfort in this hotel, beds and pillows were amazing. They provided pajama set which was so comfortable that we ended up buying it. Breakfast (western) was very nice with plenty of non-meat options. Japanese breakfast was sold out on both mornings we had breakfast there.
