"Great location and amazing view with the Belvedere just in view and easy access to transport network. We'd highly recommend this hotel, it was a great night's sleep in a spacious room. Only dropped points where the cleaning wasn't consistent - one day we requested it and it looked to have been abandoned part way through. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things and we would still highly recommend staying here."

"The positives: excellent breakfast, location, ambience. The negatives: no response to three consecutive identical emails requesting early check in. All were ignored. The housecleaning was sub standard and rushed by employees who didn't care. We had a four night stay and on the third day after being out until 4pm, returned to find the room had not been serviced. Had to request this to be done. The day after, the room had not been done at all. Went to reception and was told that it would be done...
