"we loved this property! only about 5-10min walk from Munich Hbf. there’s a tram station just across the street to take us easy to the city center. great walkable dining options around the area and the lobby is a 24hr cafe/bar. breakfast was just okay, we didn’t think it was worth the €20-something cost. they have tap water with glasses available in the lobby since Vienna water is very clean. the room could be a bit more cleaner. also we couldn’t figure out the heater (it was too hot in our room)...

If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property.
