"Shabby on the outside but lovely inside. Accessible room was excellent except the bed mattress ...2 single mattresses was uncomfortable ... The wet room was amazing and the floor area of the room was huge ....just the mattress let it down xx staff were great too xx "

"The staff were really friendly. Had a welcome pack for my young daughters. Late check out of 11am. Breakfast really well stocked. Additional £10 for 4 of us to have breakfast when we booked through Expedia. Pool was good and we could still use this after check out. Very quiet pool, has it to ourselves most the time. Fire alarm dis go off 5 times in 30 mins during the night, clearly a fault as it was switched off as soon as it went off. Not really something that can be helped so I don't have an...

"It was a quick stop. The room was fairly basic as priced but comfy and good value for money. Had a nice view of the bridge and gardens and a lovely breakfast in the morning "

"The rooms are in outbuildings to the main pub. The old brick buildings are clearly worn, with paint chipping, large cracks in the ceiling, large stains on the carpet and generally in need of a refurb. The furniture is in a good state of repair and the bed is super comfortable. No fans available despite it being August and in the mid 20’s. Have stayed in a Marston Inn previously and had an excellent experience, however this one was well off the mark."
