"The hotel is in a super convenient location, perfect for airport access, with good facilities including bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. As expected for an airport hotel, it’s quite expensive. The room, however, was very small, with a bathroom that felt more like one you’d find on a cruise ship. While the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was inadequate, making it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature for a good night’s sleep."

"We loved the care and friendliness of the staff - we lost a souvenir in a taxi and we requested for the assistance of the staff to help us retrieved it since we can't speak Japanese and we didn't have a Japanese phone number with our phone service, and the staff made it so easy for us and helped us call the taxi company! We received fresh towels and water everyday and we could request for room cleaning service everyday if we wish! The location was amazing! Just below the hotel, there is endless...
