"I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. "What a great time we had here. The room was beautiful and the view of the river Thames was stunning!! We had a suite with the full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Chino Latino, twice…it was so delicious and we enjoyed the live entertainment. We also enjoyed a lovely meal via room service. Next time we visit London we will definitely stay here!! 10/10 recommend "

"Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "
