The staff were excellent making sure our stay was memorable especially the brown haired girl on reception she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and shown us the highlights of Matlock thank you. Breakfast was great and the bar area with the band and vynl Dj was great. The natural therma swimming pool was unique and great. Life guard was very chatty and helped us understand how it worked from the underground stream. "
