"I want to be absolutely clear: This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The spa is made of magic. The staff are flawless. The bar is fun. It's not super central, but it's close enough to the centre that it doesn't matter. I love this place and I'll visit again. But it's not perfect. "This hotel was in a great location with a car park right next door, everything is in walking distance . The room was clean and had plenty of storage space. The pool was nice but would advise booking before you stay as the only time slot available was 5pm when we got there which wasn’t an ideal time with kids."

"Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location. "

"Beautiful hotel, set in the heart of Liverpool. Lovely room, with high ceilings. Bathroom a little on the compact side, not much space between toilet and basin. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Please note that there is an additional charge for the use of the pool. I did not see anything on initial page when booking, so was a little disappointed as I would have liked to have used the facilities."
