"Have stayed at this gem of an hotel many many times and always have a fantastic stay. The hotel shows signs of age but the garden is spectacular as ever and though lots of the older staff have retired the young people are lovely and try their very best to make your stay pleasant. The food is excellent as well. Service by the pool could be improved I think. Looking forward to being back in this wonderful hotel again on August. "

"Fantastic family friendly hotel on the north of the island, where it’s nice and quiet and has easy access to the beach. Just a note it’s IDR150k for a horse carriage ride anywhere on the island , so staying here will cost you IDR300k each time you want to go out, unless you’re happy to walk of course but we travelled with a 5 year old, 10 month old and a 72 year old, so horse carriage was needed most of the time. Hotel Rooms are superb, grounds need a little refurb but imagine it’s tough to do...

"Our family suite was lovely, very clean and modern. Large comfortable beds, great shower and very spacious. The hotel is at the quieter end of the island which suited us well. An easy bike ride to the “party zone” or anywhere else on the island. Plenty of dining options close by. We saw turtles every day when snorkelling straight out from the hotel. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help."
