"Staff was amazing, so friendly and responsive! They went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the room spotless and the bathroom shower the best! Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5! "

"our stay was wonderful the staff was very helpful and kind! we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival which just made it feel so special especially after a long drive to get there. it was perfectly hidden in the area so it was quiet but also a very quick walk to food, shopping, and pubs. i would definitely recommend this place "

"Perfect location near the hop on bus, the Paddywagon pick up, tourist center, and most restaurants and shops. Maybe a 5 minute walk to train/bus station. We love the beautiful indoor pool and spa. Service was first class."
