"I recently stayed at Hotel Il Trappetello. The location is beautiful, with a stunning view and an excellent base for visiting the main attractions in the area. The building is charming, but it would require more attention to detail. Overall, the hotel’s maintenance could be improved. The staff was mostly polite, but we had a bad experience with a person who seemed to be part of the management. One evening, this person kindly offered us two spritz. Even though we didn’t want them, he insisted very politely, so we accepted. However, at the end of our stay, we discovered that we had been charged for them. We felt a bit deceived and taken advantage of. While the situation was disappointing, we hope that the hotel management will address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience. A more transparent approach to service and billing would greatly improve guests’ trust and satisfaction. "
