"I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car. It was the opposite of hospitality and not what you expect from the price per night. Won't be recommending to anyone. "

treatments were nice. Lovely lady working there. The hotel is a bit far from everything, but if you have a car it is not far to Alberobello, Locorotonda and Monopoli. I booked 2 nights, but decided to stay an extra night to use the hotel
