"Wrong address for property had to call hotels.com and they had to contact they owner to find out where the property was! They where not ready to have a guest even though they are listed on hotels. Com for booking! Had to wait to be let into the property was the only guest... No hot water in the morning and no wi fi... It was not a hotel, it was a small B and B if you want to call it that...would not recommend"

"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. It never stopped raining and it felt like the ocean waves might come rugbt in the room. I would definitely go again when the weather is warmer"

"Beautiful, tranquil setting surround by magnificent olive trees and close to things you want to do when staying in the area. Friendly staff attracted friendly guests. Some people stayed and relaxed in the hotel pools, spa and soaked up the Puglia sun in late October. Hotel was completely booked and we expected a mad house of activity. Rooms are spaciously set apart and enjoyed a quiet environment. "
