"Spacious rooms and courteous service throughout. Check-in could have been better as cards did not work in the lift resulting in another 25min wait, which made me late for a meeting. Digital key on the app also didn't work. Breakfast was good but tepid coffee wasn't great. Overall good, just need to sharpen up on above points."

"This would be a great hotel for a long stay in Belfast. Kitchenette in room. There is a restaurant downstairs, but not one in hotel proper. But there are a ton of dining options nearby. Short walk from train station. Staff was nice, but only encountered front desk person. If you want an impressive lobby, this is not the place. But it was a great pleasure having a kitchen at our disposal. "

"Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. "

"Friendly staff at check in! We arrived early and our room was not yet ready. We also discovered a bolt in our rental car's tire. The front desk person (Karin) allowed us to park our vehicle in the garage area while we awaited for a tire repair technician. She also served us coffee and biscuits before the rest of my family headed out to see some local attractions. Later, she was able to get us a cab and assisted in getting us reservations for dinner.
