"Almist everything was amazing about the property. My only complaint is that housekeeping was sub par after the first day. 5 people stayed 2 nights. They didnt: empty garbages, make up beds, wipe tables and counters, replenish soaps or coffee/coffee creamer. I expected better in that department to be honest. The pullout mattress under the couch was stained pretty bad, but covered it with extra sheets we had on hand. Yuck. We did get a pile of fresh towels left on the kitchen counter. The pool and...

"Honestly, this hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant was great as well. The hot tub and pool were absolutely tops. The only thing was we wanted to settle into a movie at night after a day of hiking around and the only option was terrible cable tv. I think a hotel of this calibre needs to offer guests an option to log into Netflix etc, or even old fashioned pay per view. Nonetheless, we will be back. "

"Our stay was great. Try not to book too much in advance, there was a price discrepancy but hotel management was very helpful to resolve it. The construction of the new spa didn't have any effects on our stay, but a few restaurants were still closed. "
