"Great hotel, great location. The main train station and the Gornergrad train are 3 min away. The main strip with shopping and restaurants is 4 min away. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy.
