"Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels."

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very helpful throughout our stay. Reception staff were fantastic. Arranging our packed lunch for trips and booking restaurants. All staff in all restaurants were very professional and the selection of food was very good. The bar staff in all the bar areas were very polite and the service was great. The only area that needed a little more attention was around the beach. Although in fairness not all areas were open. "

"Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "

"We had an amazing time at the Ancient Sands hotel. The facilities were amazing, great pools, good restaurant and very easy to move around from the hotel to the city center. The hotel provides you shuttle to and from the city center and they have an exclusive beach only for who is staying at the hotel. The breakfast is also delicious!"
