"The Amara resort was hands down my favourite place! Everything was beautiful, the staff was friendly and chatty and so willing to take care of us. We went straight to the spa and enjoyed the best massages ever.. thanks to Sandra and Kimberly for that and a relaxing facial from Annie.. we were both so blessed you had time for us when we arrived! "It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were helpful and accommodating! A short walk to the most wonderful Italian restaurant, just below the hotel. We had a clean king suite room with balcony that we very much enjoyed. We also dipped in the pool and hot tub one evening and it was a wonderful way to relax after a day of hiking. "

"The staff was amazing and catered to any request made. Location is great, slightly away from uptown traffic with great views of Thunder Mountain. Breakfasts were outstanding. Rooms were super roomy and each one has it’s own motif."

"This is modern/swanky hotel meets bed and breakfast with a little rustic cabin thrown in. Seriously amazing. Everything is contactless so it feels so private, and allows people like myself, with social anxiety, the chance to enjoy this kind of experience without being overwhelmed. We stayed in the Amber Suite. The room is big and gorgeous. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in while away from home. The linens were soft and comfy, with no weird industrial cleaning smell to them...
