"Radiator not on in room& couldn’t actually get it going "

"The staff was outstanding. Construction going on during my stay but it didn’t bother me. The construction finished up about 4PM "

"Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night."

"Tukki at the front desk was extremely helpful. She upgraded us to a suite because it was the only room available when we arrived early. Appreciated. We appreciate the buildings in Winchester are very old but we think overall maintenance of rooms could be better. Coffee stains on the carpet, a little touch up paint and minor repair on walls in the bathroom could go a long way."

"Lovely property. Rooms need a bit of a work as starting to look older in a few places. Very clean and quiet which was great. Food was lovely in the restaurant but quite pricey from certain dishes. I would say worth the price but wouldn’t do it 2 nights in a row."

"Nice hotel. However, disappointed being a sports facility that it does not show any sports on the tv in the bar. Had to go out to watch the football and eat elsewhere."

"Dont stay in the budget room. So small cant even see out of the window. Couldnt breathe was told not to open the window. Room was lovely and clean though. Food lovely. "

"Had a really nice stay here. Great location for visiting the new forrest and surrounding area. Beautiful property with lots of character and the room was very nice and comfortable. Spa area was a little tired, but great to have the facilities to unwind after a walk in the forrest."
