"This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts. "

The spa and gym area were beautiful (you should add photos to the site!). Service was impeccable, thank you to Simon who was so helpful. Easy to get to ski shuttle and walk to everything. Very clean and the breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. I'd stay here again if ever back in Zermatt. "

"I stayed at this boutique hotel with my two kids in a family room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are more spacious than any other traditional hotel room. We loved that. Room had both, shower and bathtub. Location is very convenient. We walked from the station to the hotel and it took us about 3 minutes.
