Lovely country pub serving delicious food too. Handy having the Lidl across the road too. Only negative is the room was very very warm even with heat completely off and the corridor carpet was very stained and smelt. "

"The hotel was conveniently located for the town centre. Excellent shops, bars & restaurants. The hotel is over four levels & unfortunately the lift was broken during our visit. Being on the top floor this was quite a challenge especially with luggage. Having said that it didn't ruin our stay. The staff were lovely & we would thoroughly recommend a visit."

Time for dinner was prebooked and we arrived and we’re shown to our table. Food was lovely but whole meal was spoilt at the end when my husband ordered a liquer coffee.
