4 Star Hotels in Southam, England

"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. "Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Stayed there a few times. Lovely modern hotel in a pleasant and convenient setting. The staff are always most considerate and the cuisine excellent. Rooms are pleasant. BUT******** This time there was a problem with the water pressure: bath dribble delivery, shower the same (for cold water and left me with just boiling hot). Toilet wouldn't flush well enough to clear waste. Cold tap failed to deliver drop of water one morning - if anyone in a nearby room uses cold water it seems to deprive...

"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. Bar area had some nice areas but quite dim in others....
