"Very warm welcome on arrival. Staff very friendly and our room, Deluxe Sea view, was lovely. Clean, bright and very comfortable. Breakfast vouchers issued and we had option of 2 cafes. The Shakespeare was our favourite with wide range of options. Sadly the sister hotel Akra was closed for renovation so we had no outside space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. "Nice location between strip and main town, awesome views to whole sea area. The location is great between old harbour, town, bazaar and new marina so plenty of options for dining. The room was a bit small for 3 but we went slightly cheaper knowing we'd eat out all the time. Breakfast was acceptable and burgers etc are good at the pool but we didn't eat in the main restaurant. Pool and loungers are on the top floor with even better views. Buses stop right outside so travel to other beaches...

"We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use....
