"A great hotel in a prime location . Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and refreshingly full service no making tea and toast. Parking could be a little challenging at times but it also has some free access to 13amp plugs to charge your car. We had a balcony onto a lovely waterfall but smoking is allowed . Would definitely stay again if in the area. Ambleside is great for vegetarian / vegan."

"Or stay in a signature double room for 2 nights in June was very much enjoyed. The staff were excellent, Daryll and Marianne thank you. Welcomed dogs. Fantastic location. Parking in the main Keswick capital was not a problem - cheap at £12:50 for 24 hours and dropping off suitcases was easy. We are on the restaurant and the food was great. Breakfast was top notch. We would stay again. Thank you to all staff. "
