The only complaint was the elevator system was a little clunky and it sometimes took a Long time to get an elevator. But this is so minor and not very relevant to our overall experience. "

"The place is convenient to Acropolis and Plaka area, we had a great time walking around the neighborhood. The reason I gave 4 is the air conditioning, we cannot control it, its centralized, it can get really hot in the room and no way to make it cooler. The concierge and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks (local liquor) and pastries delivered in the room is a special touch, really appreciated it. "
