"This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and rooms are gorgeous and it is in a very easy area to walk many places. The bell staff even worked extra hard to repair my suitcase handle (which they did!) which was extra appreciated. Top rate staff and hotel all around. "

"The hotel is comfortable and stylish and the lobby is very attractive. The staff were incredibly helpful and very pleasant. The food in the restaurant is very good including the vegetarian options. We ate there twice even though we had the whole city to choose from. The only downside was that there was a strange porthole window from the bedroom to the bathroom so you could see people using the toilet. They should put frosted or distorting glass in this window. It is not normal. "

"Lovely quiet, clean room nicely furnished. Perfect location for exploring lovely Porto. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on food. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if back in Porto. "

"We have just recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities however the jacuzzi pool did damage two of the girls bathing suits buy dying them in colour, I presume this is due to a high content of chemicals so maybe don’t wear your best costume. "Without doubt this is the best hotel in town for the last over 10 years that I have been coming to Porto. The service is absolutely outstanding and the furnitureof high quality! This is a 5 star hotel so it is not cheap but well worth the price. We highly recommend!"
