"The staff were uniformly helpful and polite. After a 15 hour flight we arrived at Pullman Airport at 9:00 AM, hours before their 4:00 PM checkin. Within 20 minutes we were in our room, showered and asleep. The hotel was a short walk to Sydney’s excellent metro system. The concierge Stewart was friendly and very helpful, always helpful and checking up on us afterwards. He also got us a taxi on New Years Eve, and if you have been in Sydney for New Years that is nothing short of a miracle. We...

"We arrived late and got upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The room is in need of a refresh. New paint, carpet would make a great difference. The bathroom, however, was fabulous.
